problem!!!! I cant reset my pc and like most of the advanced options dont work!!!

When i try to boot up my pc, it just shows it cant reset it or anything, doing the uninstalling updates wont work, startup repair wont work, and the rest expect for uefi firmware settings and command prompt!!!
