Win11 upgrade from Win10 pro fails repeatedly.

Hello,I have tried upgrading to Win11 from Win10 Pro (22H2) multiple times ( > 10 times) without success. The last error screenshot is pasted below. I searched forum archives for a solution, and there seems to be no common solution or a fix.If anyone can point me to the right direction to get past this roadblock, it would be a huge help.Thanks,Phaedrustoday.
