Why my windows 11 home edition always have pin issue during sleep mode(code: 0x8028008b)?

I have bought Acer Nitro 16 on March 2024 and its manufacture date is 2023/08/24. After two months of its use, When i put laptop on sleep then turning it on its says "Something went wrong and Your PIN isn't available(code: 0x8028008b). Click to set up your PIN again.". I have done whole format to the system but after formatting again its shows same problem. So why my pin issue arises after it gets fully formatted Can you please solve this problem. Give me details of this pin problem as soon as possible. Does this problem is in my laptop or in windows home.
