Why is my personal PC connected to my school?

[Windows 11]

When i go to settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options -> Pin (Windows Hello) it says "Sorry, this PIN isn't working for your organization's resources. Tap or click here to fix it." I don't understand why it forces me to sign in with a work/school account if this is my own computer. I just want to get rid of my "organization" from my computer, how do I do this?
