Why is my onedrive recycle bin full of files and programs I did not delete or have?

My onedrive recyle bin is full. It is full of files I either did not delete or files I never had to begin with. Some examples are tor, Mozilla Firefox, and lyrebird.exe, omni.j, tonnes of fonts, random blank text files, some other .exes I couldn't identify and some empty folders.All of these things were deleted at the same time on 3:52 this Friday. I was browsing tor at that time so I assumed I had a virus and did multiple virus scans with multiple applications (on my phone and my computer) and couldn't find anything. Mozilla and tor are still present on my computer but they are also in my one
