why is my mouse auto scrolling after the last Windows update!

My mouse has been 'auto scrolling' in files and open windows ever since the last download in Oct or Nov 2024 with the ID of KB5046613 and KB5046542...and others. I have redone my PC and the updates were still there. I have removed those updates and I still have the problem! I have updated the drivers for my mouse. I have put on TWO other mouse's! including a wired mouse! NOTHING has changed this!!! what am I DOING WRONG!!! I'M AT A LOSS!!! THIS DRIVES ME NUTS.
