why i cant update windows 10

so for the past few months (basically like 9 months) im trying to do the window update and i cant. i done almost everything that came up on y but i find a reason why i cant. when i do the update it says that it undoing the changes and now my pc is laggy and some time i cant even click on the computer. its not that my pc is old but i dont know whats happening. Also i want to find microsoft live technical support and nowhere to be found
