why cant i update my drivers

i cant update my drivers and it already says there updated yet i cant open certain games and also when i play some games the frames are really low and i dont know what to do about it i tried going into device manager and updating it that way but it still has the same problem and nothing was fixed my driver is a AMD Radeon RX 550
