Why has my PC been crashing?

The computer functions/performs well, but has recently been crashing every few hours which is very inconvenient. This has not been a problem in the past. My monitors turn black (no blue screen), input freezes/becomes unresponsive, audio output stutters, the LED's change to device memory mode and I then hard reboot the machine using the reset button. Sometimes CHKDSK will run after rebooting, but not always. This has been occurring for the last 2 to 3 weeks, ever since reinstalling Windows 11 in order to install version 24H2 (I was receiving an error code during the update) and after disconnect
