why does nothing let me run as administrator or let me delete stuff on windows 11 it

nothing lets me run it as admin no pop up im on windows 11 and anytime i try to delete stuff it doesnt let me the sfc /scannow doesnt work my account is the only account other than admin and my current account has admin permissions it just wont let me run anything as admin
