Why do I keep getting the same error code after downloading Windows 10 on my computer?

I just purchased Windows 10 from the Microsoft store a few hours ago. I was recently running Windows 7 and needed an upgrade to run new programs. After purchasing and downloading the program, it would not install. I tried several times to install it but it kept giving me the error code: 0x80072F8F-0x2000. I then learned that I needed to download another piece that was called Microsoft EasyFix. I installed that "update" and then restarted my computer.
