Why do certain apps and browsers load with a delay on Windows 11?

Dear Community, I have a problem on Windows 11 that some browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Brave as well as Windows applications like calculator or Microsoft Store load with a delay of about 3 seconds. This is strange because a few days ago they all loaded instantly on click, so it's probably not a performance issue. I don't know what could be causing it, since I reinstalled Windows it still takes about 3 seconds to load almost everything. But for example the Edge browser loads instantly. What could cause this?
