Why can't I sign in to Windows 11 Pro with a business account?

Microsoft seems very convoluted with its naming schemes and what-not. I am an administrator for a small company, we buy new laptops quite a bit, and we get them all with Windows 11 Pro. Recently, we got one with Windows 11 Business, and it is the first version of Windows I have found that lets me sign in with my employee's business account. All others have to have a personal account to sign in to first. Am I missing something? Why doesn't this feature appear in standard Windows 11 Pro? Do I have to update a feature?Thanks in advance for your help.
