Can't sign in to my business admin account

May I know how to get help on how to sign in on my admin account? Everytime I use my password, it shows ask to enter code on the authenticator app but my account is not set up in the authenticator app. Everytime I try to add in my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** in the authenticator app, it gives me a code and say open your app to enter this code when I am already in the app. This is frustrating because there's no contact for this issue.
