Why can't I login in to my laptop

I was using my laptop like normal then my computer gave a blue screen saying something was wrong and it shut off on its own. I turned it back on, and every time I clicked on the lock screen to pull up my pin/login, it'll refresh back to the blank lockscreen. Occasionally it'll pull up the wifi/ accessibility/ power icon but I can't select them and it only stays for a brief moment before refreshing back to the lock screen. So I can't restart the computer using the screen power icon. I have tried using ctrl+alt+delete and pressing random keys but nothing has availed. I've manually restarted my c
