After a blue screen of death, something has gotten messed up on my Windows 10 PC. It'll boot to the login screen normally, but when I try to enter my PIn I get an error message saying "something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0x80090011). Click to set up your PIN again." Clicking "set up my PIN" or "I forgot my PIN" does nothing--the link reacts when I mouse over the text, but that's all. Google suggests switching back to my Microsoft password, but that (and most other suggested fixes) are impossible because I can't get far enough into the system to open Settings.Troublesho
