This is a "critical error" when I click windows start icon. Have rebooted several times, then did not recognize my password. Had to change it and did not take. Had to give my phone number for verification to get pass numbers. Reset p/w again. Now I can get on computer, but still get critical error when I click windows start icon. Message goes on to say your start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix the next time you sign in. It FAILED to fix. I did take a screen shot of error, but cannot insert.
