Why am I getting this pop-up?

When I try to open a legitimate post on Facebook, it opens then I get this pop-up:500 Something didn't go as planned! Please try refreshing the page or coming back later.I've checked this and it says it might have something to do with updates. So, I checked for updates and I'm "up to date".What can I do to prevent this from happening. All I'm trying to do is read a post made by local news sources.
