When trying to remove Microsoft account from Settings -> Accounts -> Email & Contacts, It reappears again after refresh

Hello Team,I am trying to remove my personal account from windows settings but when I do it from Settings -> Accounts -> Email & Contacts, it reappears again and because of this I am not able to sign in any Apps as my personal account automatically signs it and it does not allow my work account, It just freezes.Thanks,Patricia
