Microsoft Account Does Not Appear on PC Login Window

I have two separate Microsoft Accounts - one Work/School and one Personal (aka Microsoft account). Both appear when I go into Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts. But when I start-up my PC I get taken to a login screen that shows my Work/School account but does not show my Personal account (rather it has an account for Other User that I don't recall setting up and cannot access because I don't know the password).How do I get my Personal account to show on my login screen so I can sign into it?
