when i wake up my laptop (windows 10). the sign in screen forces me to click for the Bing trivia B4 it allows me to sign-in. How to get to back to sim

when i wake up my laptop (windows 10), the initial screen forces me to choose to review the trivia representation B4 it presents the sign-n box. After signing-in, it takes me to Bing and the trivia presentation (like mountains in bosnia herzegovina or a lake, a castle, whatever). how do i end this waste of my time? btw, i sometimes would chose to go this route; to be forced is a bother.
