Whea logger event id 17 amd psp 11.0 device what giving the error.

Ive tried everything fresh install windows even a new motherboard new drivers used ddu to uninstall and reinstall even with the new motherboard im still getting the errors went threw 3 different hard drives someone please help i dont know what else it can be i cant find anything on the amd psp 11.0 device. I just ordered a new network card. I havent tried a new ram stick. Battery health is good only 16% loss. Was gunna order a new charger maybe even new screen someone please help i can post any other details if needed. Its a asus laptop ga503rm
