Whea logger event id 17 amd psp 11.0 device what giving the error.

Hello, keep getting this error on my ga503rm asus laptop went through several steps. Have done a clean install of windows. Have removed my secondary m.2 drive as well as replaced thr main m.2 drive ive uninstalled all the drivers using ddu for both amd and nvidia i have a ryzen 9 6900hx cpu and a rtx 3060. I started getting bsod i was getting in page error then i started getting the whea logger event 17 i located the device its stating in the log its the amd psp 11.0 device.
