What is in the best interests of Microsoft that I do-as an employee if my employer has given me a pirated copy of Windows to work

Hi All,


If the organization I work in uses a pirated copy of Windows server and gives it to me for my work, am I violating the law or terms and conditions in any manner. What does Microsoft want me to do in that situation, if there is no reasonable way I can convince the employer to buy a license for the software?
