I found this article related related to desktop on external screen not scaling correctly on startup: The wallpaper might not correctly fit the screen after connecting an external display in Windows - Microsoft Support solution provided indicates the following: "You can resolve this issue by temporarily..." My question is how do I fix it definitely? Thanks.
