Sudden Crashes and Display Issues After Connecting Ethernet Cable

Hello,I am experiencing serious issues with my ASUS ROG G751JY T-7032H laptop running Windows 10. It was working perfectly until I suddenly encountered a problem.Chronology of events:I was playing a game on my laptop when I plugged in the Ethernet cable. Suddenly, the laptop shut down by itself.It restarted directly into the BIOS. When I tried to reboot, the screen remained black, even though the laptop was still powered on.I connected the laptop to an external monitor via HDMI, and I saw that it was still stuck in the BIOS.
