video issuse

I have some DVDs of TV series, and I have been ripping them over to the computer to add to my media player connected to my 43" TV.Everything looks good, including videos. But I started noticing this in the videos, not all of them, just some. In this image of a video scene, I notice Squiggly lines appear in the video. What is that, and can it be solve it. All my videos are in MP4 1080p.***Moved from Microsoft Teams / Teams for business / Other***
