User Profile Cannot Be Loaded > All documents and downloads were deleted

I highly suspect this was due to me installing Respondus Lockdown Browser for an exam earlier today. I was having issues with it and had to Ctrl + Alt + Del in order to restart my laptop because it froze. I got back on without issue after that, but I noticed when trying to shut it down there wasn't an option, only to lock. So I went to the lockscreen and shut it down that way. When I turned my laptop back on about 30 minutes ago, I was met with "User Profile Cannot Be Loaded." I tried a few different times then restarted. When I got back in, everything was screwed up.
