usb ports not working but works with some

My usb ports have stopped working whenever i try to connect my mouse, keyboards etc., all these devices work on other pc but not on mine, the usb ports works with my 3.0 pendrive, it can charge my phone and light up my rgb on my peripherals but cannot detect the devices, have tried resetting pc multiple times but doesn't workCan someone explain or help me with the problem?
