USB bluetooth not finding any devices

Hi, I'm using windows 11 Home and i've connected USB Bluetooth 5.0 and it worked at first but after some time it just didnt work on my pc, its working on other computers. Someone know how to fix that? I've tried everything but nothing worked!I've tried everything, the troubleshooter and playing in the device manager, nothing worked
