Update says I need to reinstall 11 to repair files, but sfc and DISM have said all is well

As in the title. I had to reset after an upgrade from 10 to 11 eroded, frozen screens, etc. All was fine until update informs me that I need to reinstall Windows to repair system files. Comp is running ok.I then ransfc /scannow and no integrity violations were foundDISM /Online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and that went okI would like to avoid an unnecessary reinstallation.Thanks for your time
