Unreadable product key - damaged when scratched off

I have a new Windows Server 2022 Essentials product key. When scratching the code (the marked part) it was damaged and is unreadable. I currently can't use it even though it has never been used and is new. Can Microsoft help me with this? Does it have a digital version of this key? I have the purchase invoice and I can send a photo of the key.
