Bitlocker recovery key is on damaged computer and cant start my other computer

I have a hp envy computer that is no longer operational. It I'll not power on and is broken. It has the drive label that I need. The new computer is in blue screen status and I do not have access to bitlocker recovery key. I cant even get the reset of new computer to work. Please help me.
