Unable to reset my PIN (Windows Hello)

Hello, I am having issues resetting my PIN.When I go to the Sign-in options in my settings, it reads "This option is currently unavailable" under PIN. When I click on "I forgot my PIN" a Microsft account tab opens and there is a spinning circle. After waiting for a couple seconds the tab closes and nothing happens. This keeps happening over the course of hours and multiple resets and nothing changes. Thank you!
