PIN (Windows Hello) (Windows 11) - This option is currently unavailable

I had a problem with my personal laptop, my organization asked me to change my PIN after it didn't recognize my face and now it won't unlock with my face, so I had to remove the PIN, now it says this option is currently unavailable, and I can't set up any of the Windows Hello sign-in options.
