Unable to download windows updates Windows 11

I am unable to download any windows updates to my computer, other apps such as windows store, spotify and epic games launcher also have trouble connecting to the internet. Other apps such as google chrome and steam still work properly. I have had these issues for a few months now.When I try to download windows updates they first say "Downloading 0%" then go back to a "Download & install" button.Trying to download on windows store is similar, first saying "Downloading" then an error message "Something happened on our end." appearsI have done a system reset and this didn't help.I have no pr
