Touch calibration item missing in Tablet PC Settings

I'm working on an embedded system running Windows 11 (IoT Enterprise LTSC 24h2 arm64), where I ported a one point HID touch screen on it.I next need to do basic calibrations to align the touchscreen to monitor. According to another question, it's done in Tablet PC Settings. I don't find an entry in Win search box, instead I found a command line to invoke the panel: shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E}. However, on my embedded system, the display options section is missing.https://imgur.com/AgeEyP3Is there any reason it is missing? Do I need to do anything like modifying registry keys
