Touch going to wrong monitor, Tablet PC Settings "Calibrate" option also only avail for wrong monitor

I have the exact issue described and now locked at Redirecting only difference is that this worked for me on Windows 10 and now does not work since I've upgraded to Windows 11 and upgraded to an RTX 3060 graphics card.When I touch my touchscreen, the touch is registering on my main monitor which does not support touch. In Windows 10, I could go to Tablet PC Settings (the Control Panel applet), hit Setup, and then select the correct monitor. That no longer seems to wor
