The User Profile service failed the sign in

Troubleshooting never finds anything wrong. No duplicate .bak files. No extra temp user folders. Re-installed windows 11. All had no effect ending User Profile service failures. Still have User Profile service failed the sign in. This computer is not useable in the current state. Multiple re-starts just to get ethernet access. Occasionally, all folders won't load ( example clicking on settings only provides a blank white screen popup). Frequently, I think I have ethernet access, only to be reading an article and have Unresponsive page popup window. I had this problem 5-6 months ago as
