The User Profile Service failed to sign-in

I was trying to reset my PC, but it kept showing errors and no changes were made. Then I tried to create a new account and now when I log into it I get "The User Profile Service failed to sign-in User profile cannot be loaded." When that happened I wanted to go back to my original profile to see what went wrong but it seems that my original profiled dissapeared I cannot find it anywhere event if I press Ctl Alt Delete nothing happens. After some research I tried accessing my troubleshoot page with pressing shift on restart, it seems that it is different than other people's troubleshoot menus.
