The “I forgot my PIN” function isn't sending me the email with the recovery code.

When i select forgot my pin, it takes me to a microsoft screen where it claims it will send a code to my email (the email that the computer is set up with). I select, “Send Code,” and it instructs me to check my email, but the email never comes. How can i login to my computer or reset the pin?! Please help!
