The computer screen sometimes displays the old page when I am switching to a new page

The computer screen sometimes shows the old page when I am changing to a new page, for example when I am opening facebook and then I change the tab to youtube, there are some facebook pages that are still stuck (not one full screen) and it takes a few seconds to get the youtube page completely and a little extra this happens when I am alt tabbing from my game
