System is randomly shutting down

For the last few months my PC has been randomly shutting down with no error screens or bsod, it simply just shuts down and restarts. It mostly does this when gaming, but it has also done it a few times when performing non gaming tasks.I've tried to have a look through the event log, but I'm not clued up enough to understand what I'm looking at.Can someone please give me a hand? I don't want to spend money replacing things that didn't need replacing.I'm happy to provide any info (event logs, etc) neededThank you
