Support tickets closed with no response

[Windows 10]

I have been trying to contact microsoft support but every ticket I create, is closed. With no response or reason given.I am trying to contact support because I was notified today that there was an unsuccessful sign in attempt.Checking recent sign in activity. There are multiple ongoing attempts to sign in to my account from what I can only assume is someone with a vpn. One would be from Egypt, another would be from brazil etc all within minutes or hours of each attempt.My history is littered with these attempts going back as far as I can scroll.
