I am trying to re-activate my Retail Windows 10 Licence after a hardware change. From my understanding, someone from Microsoft needs to manually "unlink" my old hardware so I can "relink" my new hardware.I have followed all the prompts, including providing my phone number for Microsoft Support to give me a call back.A few days later, I can see that the Service Request has been closed and marked as "Issue resolved" without ever getting a call.This is disgusting and unacceptable behaviour by the organisation.I have not been able to find any way to get in touch with a real person at Microsoft via
