Stuck In Recovery Mode After Installing a Driver

My laptop is stuck in recovery mode and it keeps failing to boot each time I restart it. A bad driver is probably the cause. How do I find and delete the driver in safe mode?For context, I recently installed a driver to communicate with a data acquisition system, via USB. After restarting my laptop to finish the install, the BitLocker was triggered, and I was prompted to enter my key. I did so, however a loading screen with "Diagonising your system" appeared, then I was brought to the recovery environment.
