Lenovo laptop stuck in recovery mode after changing Windows key

The company I work for recently changed the edition of Windows 11 installed on all computers from Education to Pro. This was done by deploying a PowerShell script from ConfigMgr that changes the Windows key, forces activation, and restarts the computer. We have found that some of our Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 4 computers are getting stuck in a recovery boot loop after being shut down and later restarted. Has anyone seen this issue or found a solution?
