Some apps have weird issues with connecting to the internet afte Win 11 upgrade. Any ideas?

Hello!Sorry for my english, if there are any issues with that.I recently upgraded my Windows to Win 11 (Win 10 before, fresh install on new ssd only some months ago). Since then I am having issues with the internet connection of all programs. Some programs (steam and browser) have issues, but will load randomly after a few tries or not load randomly.Examples:Randomly working: For Exampe I want to load youtube (or ANY other website) via browser and after 1st, 3rd or 5th (insert any low number) refresh-attempt it loads.
