I recently just reinstalled Windows 11 on my custom PC and I am trying to redownload my games from Steam and HoyoVerse,I have been having extreme fluctuations in internet speed when downloading, from 112kbps to 450Mbps with the slower speed being the average. Now after I was able to download 2 games, I have been attempting to redownload a third and that game has failed to download 4 times. The game file size is only 600Mbs and I have been unable to download or contact steam servers for the Store page. But my web browser Opera GX is fine.
