Prior to the latest Win10 update, I could simply hit<enter> or click my mouse on an "empty" part of the screen and the PIN window pops up. Since the latest Win10 update, hitting <enter> or clicking my mouse on an "empty" part of the screen does nothing. When successfully entering the PIN code, the desktop opened up (for lack of a better term) with no other windows/apps (which is normal).Now.... the only way to bring up the PIN window is to click on the little blurbs that discuss the lock screen picture or have a Windows "tip".
